Client A - A European national fixed-line, mobile telecommunications and internet company.

None of the client's customer-facing websites supported Single Sign-On. Every time a user went from one web application to another, the user needed to log in again. There was also no way for the business customers to administer access rights to their subscribed applications. This project encompassed around 5 million users (customers, businesses, and anonymous users) and 2 million organisations.

We implemented Single Sign-On across all customer facing web applications, implemented delegated administration for business customers, and incorporated performance patches, using Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Internet Directory, and Oracle Identity Manager.

The go-live for 5 million client customers was seamless. All functional requirements were fulfilled, and no bugs of any note have been raised to-date. In addition, we developed a good relationship between the client, IBM and Oracle.

Client B is a large retail and global investment bank.

In early 2006, Client B initiated a collection of large, multi-year projects to align and integrate all of its applications and software systems. One of those projects was a unified identity management program to manage all of the employee identities (joiner, leaver, mover, provisioning, and user self-service).

Bayvision Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts worked with fellow consultants from Oracle and various other consultancies to deliver the initial release (built around Oracle Identity Manager), which integrated PeopleSoft HR, RSA Clear Trust, RACF Mainframe, MS Exchange and MS Active Directory.

This project delivered a major improvement in the way that staff accessed their applications and were granted access to them (and other resources). We also enabled this client to fulfil major aspects of their need to audit and identify who has access to what, and to ensure that users only have the access privileges required to carry out their job functions at that particular time.

Client C is a european national retail and corporate bank.

Client C grew up from many organisations and had extensive and varied platforms and applications. While launching a program to move the enterprise off legacy platforms, the client identified this as an ideal opportunity to implement an Identity and Access Management system, and chose Oracle Identity Manager as the target platform.

Bayvision helped implement the solution, which included complex work flows and customisations of conncetors to meet business requirements. The systems targeted included MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, Unix, Lotus Notes and some custom in-house software.
