Yousef was one of the first to recognise Java's potential in the enterprise and started using it as soon as Sun Microsystems released the first alpha of Hot Java. With a focus on developing multi-tiered application, and an emphasis on design and code quality, Yousef gave shape to his passion for secure application design by founding Bayvision Ltd, with a mission to provide the industry best in enterprise application security practices.

Bayvision's areas of expertise soon grew to encompass cryptography, database security, and Xellerate, created by Thor Technologies, that would become Oracle Identity Manager and implement identity and access management across the enterprise world. Bayvision became an Oracle Partner in 2007, and has continued to deliver high quality on time, budget and requirements, to a wide cross-industry selection of clients.

Thomas brings more than 10 years of experience in the IT and Information Security sector to Bayvision. He has been engaged in architecture, design and integration of various multi-million Dollar Identity & Access Management solutions for several global enterprises. His core competencies also cover IT Compliance, Risk Management and Application Security. Thomas is certified as a CISSP. He holds a degree in Computer Sciences from HfTL, Germany and an MSc (Master) in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, United Kingdom.
